Eric served his country in the military for nearly 20 years before being medically retired from the Army. After roughly 16 years in the United States Army and 4 years in the United States Coast Guard, Eric decided he wanted to share his passion for the military and become a writer.

Eric has also been involved in politics at all levels giving him an insight into that world, combined with his military career making for a great mix of perspective and story telling.

Eric pulls from these experiences to tell stories about Shane Alexander from a perspective that most people don’t see in normal life while trying to make it as relatable to his readers as possible.

During his military career, Eric was awarded the Coast Guard Special Operations Medal, both Army and Coast Guard Achievement Medals, multiple Army and Coast Guard Good Conduct Medals and the Army Commendation Medal to name a few.

Growing up, Eric wrestled, played soccer and rode in rodeos.

Other than military, Eric enjoys politics from all angles and how they affect the world we live in today as well as spending time with his wife, their four daughters and his grandson. Eric is an avid traveler and you never know where you might find him. He could be at a National Park, on a cruise to some foreign land or hanging out at his wife’s favorite place, Disney World.
